Dispatch Information
For dispatchment throughout Germany and the european countries we will use GLS
For items send to Switzerland and outside of the european countries we will use DHL if the parcels are not longer than 120 cm. If they are longer we will use GLS. In this case there are costs for import and custom which will billed after shipping from the respective parcel service and is to be paid by the recipient. Our calculated costs of dispatch are not inclusive the import and customtax.
Dispatch Costs
The costs of dispatch which arise from the order value, kind of payment and the country of dispatch will be considered by our Onlinesystem and shows you the real costs before you finish your order.

Payment
We will accept Credit Card (VISA or MASTERCARD) for our international customers.
You can also choose the way of pre-payment by bank transfer (i.e. direct debit). In this case we will give a 5% discount. Please be sure, that the complete amount will comes in here. You have to check the transfer charges over there.
